The CCP13,16,18,21,22 FISH Probe Kit  is designed to simultaneously determine the copy number of human chromosomes 13, 16, 18, 21 and 22, and to detect copy number aberrations in these chromosomes, in metaphase and interphase blood and tissue cells.

The probe set is labeled with CytoOrange, CytoGreen and CytoAqua. CytoOrange is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 551 nm and emission peak at 575 nm, giving it an orange fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoGreen has an excitation peak at 495 nm and emission peak at 518 nm, giving it a green fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoAqua has an excitation peak at 422 nm and emission peak at 471 nm, giving it an aqua fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter.
