The CIC-DUX4 Dual Fusion/Translocation FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect rearrangements involving the human CIC and DUX4 genes, located on chromosome bands 19q13.2 and 4q35.2, respectively. CIC is also known as KIAA0306 or MRD45. DUX4 is also known as DUX4L. Rearrangements involving portions of these two genes have been observed in Ewing-like sarcomas, oligodendroglioma and other cancers.
