The CD274/PDCD1LG2/CCP9 FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect the human CD274 gene, located on chromosomes band 9p24.1, and the PDCD1LG2 gene on chromosome band 9p24.1, along with the number of chromosome 9 copies per cell. CD274 is also known as B7-H, B7H1, PDL1, PD-L1, PDCD1L1 or PDCD1LG1. TOP2A is also known as B7DC, Btdc, PDL2, CD273, PD-L2, PDCD1L2 or bA574F11.2. Abnormal expression or rearrangements of both genes has been observed in various hematological and other malignancies.

The probe set is labeled with CytoOrange, CytoGreen and CytoAqua. CytoOrange is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 551 nm and emission peak at 575 nm, giving it an orange fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoGreen has an excitation peak at 495 nm and emission peak at 518 nm, giving it a green fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoAqua has an excitation peak at 422 nm and emission peak at 471 nm, giving it an aqua fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter.
