The BCOR-CCNB3 Dual Fusion/Translocation FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect rearrangements involving the human BCOR and CCNB3 genes, located on chromosome bands Xp11.4 and Xp11.22, respectively. BCOR is also known as AF4, PBM1 or MLLT2. Rearrangements involving portions of these two genes have been observed in bone sarcomas and other malignancies.

The probe is labeled with CytoOrange and CytoGreen. CytoOrange is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 551 nm and emission peak at 575 nm, giving it an orange fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoGreen has an excitation peak at 495 nm and emission peak at 518 nm, giving it an green fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter.
