The CD274, PDCD1LG2/CCP9 FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect the human CD274 and PDCD1LG2 genes located on chromosome band 9p24.1, along with the number of chromosome 9 copies per cell. Copy number changes and abnormal expression of the CD274 gene – also known as PDL1, PDCD1LG1, PDCD1L1, PD-L1, B7H1 or  B7-H – or the PDCD1LG2 gene – also called PDL2, PDCD1L2, bA574F11.2, PD-L2, CD273, Btdc or B7DC – have been observed in lymphoma, melanoma, various types of solid tumors types and in autoimmune conditions.

The probe is labeled with CytoOrange and CytoGreen. CytoOrange is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 551nm and emission peak at 575nm, giving it an orange fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoGreen has an excitation peak at 495nm and emission peak at 518nm, giving it a green fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter.
