Whole Chromosome 11 Painting FISH Probe (WPP11) is designed to determine copy number and integrity of complete human chromosome 11 and detect abnormalities of the chromosome.

The probe can be labeled with CytoOrange, CytoGreen or CytoAqua. CytoOrange is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 551nm and emission peak at 575nm, giving it an orange fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoGreen has an excitation peak at 495 nm and emission peak at 518 nm, giving it a green fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter; CytoAqua has an excitation peak at 422 nm and emission peak at 471 nm, giving it an aqua fluorescent signal with an appropriate filter.
