Telomere FISH Probe (Human pan-telomeric)      

The pan-telomeric FISH Probe is designed to detect the presence of regions of repetitive nucleotide sequences located at the very ends of the short (p-) as well as long (q-) arms of human chromosomes. The probe detects sequences consisting of the simple tandem (TTAGGG)_n repeat characteristic of human and other vertebrate chromosome ends.

The Telomere FISH Probe covers chromosomal regions of various lengths containing tandem copies of the TTAGGG repeat sequence found at the end of vertebrate chromosomes.
